Dwayne Anthony Simmonds, known on the music circuit as “Echo Dan” Ruffess1, is a prolific Dancehall/Reggae artiste who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica.

Echo Dan was born at The University Of The West Indies Hospital in St. Andrew and graduated from Jonathan Grant High School, located in St.Catherine.
